Eligible Customers: The program applies to individual Customers whose insurance policies are issued from 14 November 2025 to 31 December 2026, under insurance products within the program scope and meeting the conditions set out in the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program period: From 23 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, or until the total gift value of the program has been fully utilized or is no longer sufficient to provide any gift, whichever comes first.

Sympathy gifts are thoughtfully offered to Customers in line with the Customer Tier of the Policyholder at TechcomLife.

Step 1: TechcomLife finalizes the list of Customers eligible to receive sympathy gifts on a weekly basis in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions.

Step 2: After the list is approved, TechcomLife sends a notification to the authorized Financial Consultant via the registered email address.

Step 3: Within 05 working days from the notification date, the Financial Consultant will contact and deliver the sympathy gift to the Customer or the Customer's family representative. The gift delivery is expected to take place within 07 days from the data cut-off date.

• Sympathy gifts are not convertible into cash.

• Each Customer who meets the program conditions is entitled to receive one sympathy gift only throughout the program period.

Promotion period: From 14/07/2026 to 31/12/2026, or until the promotional budget is fully utilized, whichever comes first.

Applicable scope: Nationwide.

• Applicable to individual customers who newly purchase life insurance policies and riders of Techcom Life distributed through Techcombank's institutional agency channel.

• Customers must not belong to Techcombank's Private or Priority segments at the time of new policy purchase.

• The insurance policy must be issued during the promotion period, remain active, and have passed the 21-day free-look period at the gift data cut-off date.

• FYP per insurance policy must be VND 50 million or above, excluding top-up premiums.

• Customers must not fully disburse a loan at Techcombank within 60 days before and after the submission date of the investment-linked insurance application used as the basis for issuing the insurance policy.

Customers whose insurance policies fully meet the program conditions will receive airport lounge access privileges based on the FYP per insurance policy as follows:

The lounge access entitlements will be displayed under "Gifted Vouchers" and "Gifts" on the Techcombank Mobile app, within the Techcombank Rewards section.

Customers may view usage instructions, terms and conditions under "Gifts" on Techcombank Mobile or on the OneU app if their account has been linked.

When using the gift, customers are required to present a valid identification document and the lounge access code on Techcombank Mobile at the lounge reception counter.

• The gift usage validity period is 06 months from the date the customer receives the gift on Techcombank Rewards.

• 01 lounge access entitlement is valid for 01 user and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The program may end earlier once the promotional budget is fully utilized.

• The determination of eligible customers, the number of lounge access entitlements, and the gift data cut-off date shall follow the Program Terms and Conditions.

Applicable customers: The program is exclusively offered to individual policyholders who participate in insurance products within the program scope and whose insurance policies fully satisfy the conditions stipulated in the Program Terms and Conditions.

• The insurance policy belongs to Techcom Life's life insurance products and supplementary insurance products distributed via the corporate agency channel, Techcombank, in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions;

• The insurance policy is issued during the promotion period, has passed the 21-day free-look period, and remains in force at the time of gift eligibility data finalization;

• The insurance policy is not advised, introduced, or offered within 60 days before and 60 days after the full disbursement date of a loan at Techcombank;

• The initial premium actually received (IP) of each insurance policy is from VND 1,000,000,000 or above; IP excludes Top-up premium.

Program period: From 30 June 2026 to 31 December 2026, or until the total promotional gift value has been fully utilised, or until the remaining promotional gift value is no longer sufficient to grant any gift, whichever occurs first.

Each qualifying IP tier is accompanied by a corresponding gift value:

Gift form selected by the customer in the program participation confirmation form: Urbox shopping voucher or Vietravel travel/resort voucher.

Step 1: The customer confirms participation in the program and selects the preferred gift type using the form issued by Techcom Life at the time of consultation for the insurance policy.

Step 2: Techcom Life finalises the list of eligible insurance policies by batch and completes gift allocation and handover within 10 working days from the data finalisation date.

Step 3: The insurance consultant delivers the gift to the customer within 5 working days from receiving the gift handover from Techcom Life; the gift delivery date shall be no later than 30 April 2027.

• Gifts cannot be converted into cash.

• The program may end early when the total promotional gift value is fully used or when the remaining budget is insufficient to pay for any gift.

• The determination of eligible insurance policies, gift value, and allocation order shall be made in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions at each relevant time.

The program applies to Top 180 customers who meet all of the following conditions:

• A total annualized premium of 150 million VND or above across all insurance policies, excluding top-up premiums;

• Newly issued insurance policies from 14 November 2025 to 31 January 2026 and remaining in force as of 31 January 2026.

Eligible customers will receive one (01) Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 Tet gift set.
Techcom Life's authorized consultants or representatives will contact eligible customers to provide notification and arrange gift delivery prior to the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

• Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) is determined based on in-forced insurance policies and has passed 21 days of free look period, not including top-up premium.

• For single premium policy, Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) is calculated as 10% of single premium.
