Leadership team

Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock Company (Techcom Life). He read for his Bachelor's degree at the Banking Academy before completing an MBA at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. He brings to the role more than 20 years of senior experience across banking, financial services and insurance.

Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn joined Techcombank in 2006 and has since held a succession of senior positions, contributing to strategic planning and the development of the Bank's core business. He has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer Cum Chief Retail Banking Group Officer since February 2026.

He is regarded as one of the leading figures in the development of bancassurance at Techcombank, having been closely involved in the sector for upwards of 15 years. He sat on the Board of Directors of Techcom Nonlife Insurance Joint Stock Company from October 2024, serving as Chairman between April 2025 and January 2026, during which time he took a leading hand in shaping the company's growth strategy and broadening its insurance activities. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Techcom Life since July 2025, where he has focused on advancing the life insurance business and strengthening its place within the Bank's wider financial offering.

His strategic judgement, grasp of customer behavior and depth of practical experience equip him well to oversee the development of integrated insurance solutions and to support the continued growth and competitiveness of Techcom Life within the Vietnamese market.

Mr. Mukesh Pilania is currently the CEO of Techcom Life. With nearly 20 years of experience in the finance & banking industry, Mr. Mukesh has been leading a team of different banking experts/directors, senior product owners and analysts across various components.

Since 2024, he has been assigned to lead the Retail Payment MFT responsible for designing, developing and commercializing all payment products for retail customers across channels.

Mr. Tran Phung Gia Huy currently serves as the Appointed Actuary of Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock Company (Techcom Life). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, specializing in Actuarial Science, from the University of Waterloo (Canada), one of North America’s leading universities in this field.

With 15 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industries across international markets, including Canada, the United States, and Vietnam, he has developed deep expertise in actuarial pricing and product development, financial reporting, solvency oversight, risk management, capital allocation, and investment strategy optimization. Mr. Tran Phung Gia Huy is a member of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).

Prior to joining Techcom Life, he served as an Appointed Actuary for several leading life insurance companies in Vietnam, where he was responsible for product pricing, capital management, regulatory compliance, and maintaining solvency ratios.

With a first-principles approach to problem-solving, extensive multi-market experience, and a strong customer-centric mindset, Mr. Tran Phung Gia Huy plays a key role in strengthening the company’s actuarial capabilities, developing innovative insurance solutions that meet customer needs, and reinforcing Techcom Life’s sustainable financial foundation.
