For the Maternity Care benefit, the insured person must be between 18 and 45 years old at entry, with renewal available up to age 50. For all other benefits, the insured person must be between 30 days and 65 years old at entry, with renewal available up to age 75.

The product includes a default Core Benefit (comprising: Inpatient Treatment, Cancer Treatment, Day Treatment, and Organ Transplant) along with Optional Benefits (comprising: Outpatient Treatment, Dental Care, and Maternity Care).

Geographic coverage depends on the Plan selected by the customer. The Elite Plan provides worldwide coverage excluding the United States, while the Platinum Plan covers Asia.
