On the afternoon of February 6, 2026 – Techcombank, Techcom Life and IVI Group officially announced the cooperation to implement value-added services (VAS) in healthcare on the IVIE – Bac si oi platform, aiming to increase customer experience and engagement throughout the life cycle of the insurance policy and contributing to the vision of the digital finance – insurance – health ecosystem in Vietnam.   

Pursuant to the terms of the partnership agreement, IVIE – Bac si oi and Techcom Life jointly provide 02 value-added service packages for Techcombank customers when registering for life insurance products:

• Family Doctors – Family Doctor Privileges: focuses on proactive health care needs for families, including online consultations with doctors and assistance in booking health check-ups in the country. 

• Private Doctors – Premium health privileges: enhance timeliness and access to expertise with 24/7 doctor consultation, free basic blood biochemistry tests, and connect experienced and reputable doctors at home and abroad. 

The signing of the cooperation between Techcombank, Techcom Life and IVI Group not only marks a milestone in strategic cooperation between the three parties but also lays the foundation for the formation of an integrated, customer-centric healthcare-finance model. By connecting the technology, data and financial management capabilities of Techcombank and Techcom Life with the medical expertise and healthcare ecosystem of IVI Group, the parties expect to bring more comprehensive solutions, contributing to improving the quality of life and long-term protection experience for Vietnamese people.
