Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock Company (Techcom Life) respectfully announces a change in senior management, pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 7399/BTC-QLBH dated June 02, 2026 issued by the Ministry of Finance, approving the change of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan has been approved by the Ministry of Finance to assume the position of  Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock Company, succeeding Mr. Chung Ba Phuong, effective from the date of signing of the official dispatch (June 02, 2026).

This adjustment to senior management aims to strengthen governance and operational capabilities, enhance business efficiency, accelerate digital transformation and reaffirm Techcom Life's commitment to sustainable development with a customer-centric approach.
