Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock Company ("Techcom Life") hereby announces a change in its shareholder structure, effective July 20, 2026, in accordance with Amendment License No. 100/GPĐC2/KDBH issued by the Ministry of Finance. Details of the change are as follows:
 

• Transferor Shareholder: Vingroup Joint Stock Company

• Transferred Interest: 10% of the charter capital of Techcom Life Insurance Joint Stock Company

• Transferee Shareholder (New Shareholder): One Mount Group Joint Stock Company

This change does not affect Techcom Life’s charter capital, core financial indicators, or the rights and benefits of policyholders and customers.
